Warren Robert Pranger was born in Neptune, New Jersey to Marlowe and Norma {Lien} Pranger in April of 1953. He passed away on August 11, 2024. Warren was a very very good student, loved to read and was well liked by his 200 Grand Rapids Christian School classmates. He was elected president of his 9th grade class, writing and delivering the class acknowledging speech to a packed assembly of parents, teachers and classmates. Just days after entering Grand Rapids Christian High School he developed health issues. After graduating from Grand Rapids Christian High School, he briefly attended Grand Rapids Junior College. Warren was also a veteran of the US Navy. He married Lynda Honis, and to this union Neysa Pranger was born. Because of then detected schizophrenia with its bizarre behavior, his marriage did not last. Neysa married Michael Ward giving birth to Lucille Pranger Ward making Warren a grandfather. Warren will have graveside services at the Bloomington Cemetery's Lien family plot in Platte, SD. His troubled mind did not leave his commitments to the savior Jesus Christ, and he is now released from the prison of schizophrenia.
