Virginia "Ginny" to all her friends… and if you spent more than 15 minutes with her you were lucky enough to be one of them, left this world with memories of her beautiful smile, her always perfectly coiffed hair, and stories of all the fish she had ever caught or almost caught. Ginny was beloved by all but none more than her beloved husband of 43 years, Gene Feyen, her sons Jeffrey Kraus and Lawrence (Cristina) Kraus, her granddaughters Taylor Kraus and Natasha Kraus, and by her rescue pup Mimi. Ginny had an Irish fighting spirit, a Jewish appreciation for bialys, and an overall infectious positive spirit that she shared with all. Having a laugh that you couldn't help but share and a twinkle in her eye is how she will want to be remembered.  Life, for Ginny, was all in what you make of it. Cancer may have stolen time with her, but it will never steal that upbeat attitude. A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 4, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions in Ginny's memory may be made to Spectrum Hospice, or to the American Cancer Society.
