Thomas Jay Slabbekoorn, age 54, went to be with his Lord on August 29, 2023. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Harold Slabbekoorn in 2016. He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Slabbekoorn, brother, Mark (Lesley) Slabbekoorn (of Chippewa Falls, WI); sister, Cheryl Dise; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. Tom enjoyed fishing, was an animal lover, and had a kind heart. He will be missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
