Theresa Dorothy Fex, of Grand Rapids, age 87, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 4, 2022. She was born to Mary and Walter Nowak in Grand Rapids, MI on May 10, 1934. Theresa enjoyed snuggling up to a good movie with her butter pecan ice cream and strawberry topping, baking for all her friends and family, and knitting sweaters, hats and gloves for her great grandson, Dillon. She is survived by her children, Mary (Joanne) Jarmusz and Barbara Stover; grandchildren, Katlin LaVelle and Andrew Stover; and great grandson Dillon Garthe. Preceding her in death was her husband, James Fex Sr.; and son, James Fex Jr. A memorial service will be held for family and close friends on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel at Holy Cross Cemetery.
