Rachael Elaine Elve, 41, of Lowell, MI, ran into the arms of her loving savior Jesus Christ on April 2, 2026.

Rachael was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She treasured her son Lewis and did everything in her power to make him happy.

Rachael was a unique, unrepeatable blessing from God who will never be forgotten. She had a heart for helping others, sharing her gift of creativity, cooking and making things sparkling clean.

Rachael attended Forest Hill high school and graduated from Grand Valley with a bachelors in science degree. She was an extremely hard worker and enjoyed a wonderful career in the testing industry.

Rachael was preceded in death by her wonderful set of grandparents, Bud and Ruth Elve and Benjamin and Grace Rietema.

Rachael is survived by her beloved son Lewis Lee Elve, her loving parents Mark and Anne Elve, her sister Megan (Shamus) Hines. Niece Claire, and nephew Henry Hines, and many dear aunts, uncles and cousins. Rachael also had many friends who will carry her memory forever. She will be deeply missed by everyone who loved her.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at Ada Bible Church (8899 Cascade Rd SE, Ada, MI) at 11:00AM with a visitation starting at 10:00AM.
