Mrs. Phyllis A. (Sienstra) DeFouw, age 88, of Lakewood Ranch, Florida went to be with her Lord on Sunday, October 19, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her parents Cecil and Angie Sienstra and her husband John DeFouw, Jr. She is survived by her children Debra and Lewis Valentine , Douglas and Anne DeFouw, Denise and Andy Herrera; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Sally Livezey, Mary Myers, and Patricia Bensted as well as several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at Zaagman Memorial Chapel on Monday October 27 at 11:00 a.m.
