Patricia Lou Faber passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Patricia was born on May 7, 1939 in Milaca, MN to her now deceased parents John and Johanna Kuperus. Pat dedicated over 25 years of her life as an elementary school teacher in Muskegon, MI before her retirement. She shaped the minds and futures of numerous first-graders with much patience and warmth. After she retired from teaching she became a passionate dealer of antiques both large and small.

Besides her parents Patricia was preceded in death by her first husband, Henry Feyt and her second husband, William Faber. She leaves behind her three younger sisters: Constance (the late Warren) Geurkink, Milaca, MN; Myra (Daniel) Minks, Princeton, MN; and Mary Jo (Mark) Nielsen, Nicholasville, KY. Patricia also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews and her precious dog Sammy. Along with her family mourning her loss is her cherished and devoted caregiver and friend Sally Demitz.

At Patricia's request, no services will be held. Her family extends their deepest gratitude to everyone who brought light, love, and friendship to her life.
