Marilyn Jeanne DeBruyn, age 92, of Grand Rapids, was taken into the hands of her Lord on Friday, April 14, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Roger Dolfin and Otto DeBruyn; her sister, Norma Swier; and her grandson, Tim R. Dolfin. Marilyn leaves behind her children, Tom and Linda Dolfin, Debra Deacon, Linda and Dean Karbowski, Mary Dolfin, Dan Dolfin; step-children, Marlene DeBruyn Zwier and Paul Zwier, Karen DeBruyn and Rick Chilcutt, Bob and Karyl DeBruyn; grandchildren, Scott Dolfin, Lori and Adam Bollier, Heather Dolfin, Allie Karbowski (and fiance Dr. Jimmy Chessrown), Adam Karbowski; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Phyllis Carpenter; and many loving step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Marilyn was a member of LaGrave CRC and the love for her Lord was strong; she lived her life fully in His service.
