Kyle Gordon Walcott, age 35, of Grand Rapids, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 27, 2024. He is survived by his loving wife Colleen; children Nora and Cade; parents Gord and Mary Walcott; father-in-law and mother-in-law David and Sarah Kleinheksel; grandmother Esther Rozeveld; sisters Julie (Al) Baylor and Tara (Jeff) Pavlovic; brother-in-law Drew (Maddie) Kleinheksel; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Kyle was a devoted husband and father. His love for his family was evident in every aspect of his life. Kyle was an active lifelong member of Providence CRC where he enjoyed using his gifts of leadership and singing. He was a successful salesman at Midway RV Center where he worked for 20 years. He enjoyed working on cars and being outside in God's creation, especially camping, hunting and snowmobiling. He was a loyal friend to many and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, July 1, at Providence CRC, 7730 Eastern Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, 49508. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 30, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel, 2800 Burton St. SE, and at the church one hour prior to the service on Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Nora and Cade Walcott Christian Education Fund c/o Dutton Christian School.
