Karen Joy Hall of Jenison, Michigan and Chandler, Arizona passed away March 25, 2024. Karen was born October 2, 1941 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Edward and Catherine Kraima. She graduated South Christian High School and went on to work at Michigan Mutual where she met her best friend and husband Stan Hall. She later became a sales representative for Mary Kay Cosmetics for many years. Karen and Stan spent weekends at their cottage at Lake Missaukee where they enjoyed sailing, snowmobiling, golf and tennis. In 1998 they retired to Sun Lakes, Arizona. Karen was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years Stanley W Hall in 2022, her parents, brother Philip Kraima, and brother-in-law David Van Kampen. Karen is survived by her stepdaughter Vicki Kaul (David), 2 granddaughters, 5 great-grandchildren, sister Phyllis Van Kampen, sister-in-law Joyce Kraima, nieces, a nephew and numerous cousins. A memorial service for both Karen and Stan will be held at 1p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Zaagman Memorial Chapel (2800 Burton St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI), followed by inurnment at Rest Lawn Memorial Park.
