Jacqueline DeVries, 76, of Grand Rapids was taken into the arms of her Lord on November 21, 2023. She was born in Portland, MI in 1947 to the late Steven and Margaret Peterson DeVries. Jackie is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Ron DeVries; her twin brother, Jack (Merrie) DeVries, her younger brother, Dennis Craig (Carole) DeVries. Jackie brought much joy to her church family, many friends, and extended family with her outgoing, happy personality. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday November 30 at Zaagman Memorial Chapel, 2800 Burton St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday December 1 at First Protestant Reformed Church, 2800 Michigan St. NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506 with visitation one hour prior to the service.
