Helen Jean Harrison, age 88, of Grand Rapids, went home on Monday, January 9, 2023, and is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Charles. She is survived by her children David and Michelle Harrison (Kyle and Jessica, Alexis and Ryan Klotz), Rev. James and Beth Harrison (Joshua and Jessica, Patricia, Elizabeth, Hannah, Jonathan, Stephen and Hannah, Katherine), Mark and Julie Harrison (Evan, Jenna), Lynda Kasperski (Matthew and Kayla Swem, Rachel Swem) and seven loving great grandchildren.

Helen Jean cherished her children and grandchildren. She also loved their friends and always enjoyed having them over to the house and pool. Helen and Chuck were longtime members of 5th Reformed Church. They also enjoyed traveling and spending time with their many wonderful friends.

Funeral services celebrating Helen's life will be held Friday, 12:00 pm at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel, 2800 Burton St. SE with visitation one hour prior to the service from 11 am to 12:00 pm.
