Gina Stephens,58, of Grand Rapids, MI passed away unexpectedly June 21, 2023, at her residence. She was born August 17th, 1964, in Cuba to Manuel de la Torre and Marta de la Torre. She graduated from Miami Christian High School in 1983 with honors. She obtained her masters degree in Psychology and Criminology and worked as a sales rep for Allen Edwin Homes for 10 years. More than anything, Gina loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a great provider, an amazing cook, free spirited, and always put others before herself.

In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her sister, Marta Beatriz De la torre- Alea; daughters, Lauren "Lali" Osborne and Alexis "Lexie" Stephens, and granddaughters, Ginelle Moya and Layla Osborne.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Gina has touched are invited to Zaagman Memorial Chapel on Monday June 26, 2023 for a time to visit, grieve and support each other from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm followed by a funeral service and ending with a time for more fellowship and remembering Gina.
