Elizabeth Olthoff (Meyering), age 87, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, July 21, 2022. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 66 years, William; children, Janie and Rick Lenartz and Jim and Karen Olthoff; grandchildren, Lisa and Mike Dozeman (Evie, Peyton and Bryson), Mike and Leann Lenartz (Ren, Zoe and Cam), Tracy and Greg Kortman (William and Marley), Alexandra and Nicole Stam; sister, Freda Kamphouse; sisters-in-law Carole Meyering and Annette Meyering Rosema and many nephews, nieces and loving friends. Beth was born on a farm in McBain, Michigan on February 11, 1935. She was a hairdresser for many years and enjoyed camping and traveling but her favorite memories were spent with family, especially her precious grandchildren and great grandchildren.Beth was predeceased by her parents, Albert and Jennie Meyering; brothers Albert (Ann) Meyering, George Meyering, and Leslie Meyering; brother-in-law John Kamphouse; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Evelyn and John Nagelkerk. The family will greet friends and relatives for visitation at Zaagman Memorial Chapel (2800 Burton St. SE, GR 49546) on Wednesday, July 27, from 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 28, at 10:30 am at LaGrave Avenue Christian Reformed Church (107 LaGrave Ave. SE, GR 49503) with visitation one hour prior to the service.
