Dorothy Knapp, age 99, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2024. She was born on June 15, 1925, to Florence and Robert Fisher.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Warren Knapp, and her cherished daughters, Carole Knapp and Tami Woodard. She is survived by her loving sons, Martin Knapp and David (Jane) Knapp; her treasured grandchildren, Zachary (Kelly) Knapp, Nicole Knapp, Stephanie (James) Dantuma, Russell Knapp, William (Brittney) Allerding, and Carole Brown; and many great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind special friends Marianne Brookman, Linda Jackson, and Wendy Kemp.

Dorothy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She found joy in spending her summers up north and winters down south. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, and she was deeply involved with her church families over the years. Dorothy had a profound love for animals and was adored by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
