Daniel Baldwin, age 80, passed away peacefully in his home into the loving arms of his faithful Savior Jesus Christ. He is survived by Mary Baldwin, his wife of 55 years; children and grandchildren Kathy and Randy Vander Stel (Zach, Alayna, Mason, Madelyn), Brian and Debra Baldwin (Levi, Joshua, Luke, Clara), Renae and Ryan Roth (Bryce Brent Wilson, Isabelle, Sam, Solomon), David and Lai Yin Baldwin (Elliott, Josiah, Toivo, Julia); brother and sister in law Bradford and Emily Baldwin; brothers and sisters-in-laws Bud Korhorn, Marge DeHaan, Etta and Bill Post, Dave and Diane Korhorn; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his siblings Eleanor Herrera, George Baldwin, Robert Baldwin and their spouses. He was also preceded in death by his son-in-law Brent David Wilson.

Dan was a faithful husband, father, grandfather, friend, and servant of Jesus Christ. Dan also proudly served his country in the United States Army.

Visitation is at Zaagman Memorial Chapel (2800 Burton St.SE) on Tuesday, January 28, from 6 PM to 8 PM, and at First Protestant Reformed Church on Wednesday from 10 AM to 11 AM (one hour prior to the service).

The service will be Wednesday, January 29th at 11:00 AM at First Protestant Reformed Church 2800 Michigan NE with his Pastor Joseph Holstege officiating. A committal service following the funeral will be held at Fairplains Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Daniel's honor may be directed to Eastside Christian School.
