Cvita Bartolovic, beloved family and friend to all who knew her, passed peacefully surrounded by family on August 7 2023. Cvita was born on May 18, 1970 to parents Luka and Kata Cabraja. She is survived by her husband, Simica, her children Danijel (Gabrielle) and Amanda, her brothers Jozo and Jakov, her sister Andjelka, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Cvita was an adventurer who created her own path in life. She worked many jobs, but in her final years focused her life on supporting those closest to her. Her greatest gift was her optimism, which brought light to every situation. It could be felt simply through her presence, her jokes or her art. You could always find her in the garden, behind the camera, or with crochet hooks in her hands. She was unapologetically herself and was never afraid to make jokes to bring joy to those around her. She had a gift of bringing people together, assuring that everyone felt included. To know her was to love her. Her most cherished title was Mom. She simply loved life, and that will live on through her children and husband.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 10, from 5 to 8 PM at Zaagman Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be on Friday, August 11 at 12 PM at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, with one hour of visitation at the church prior, beginning at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Graceland Memorial Park.
