Obituaries

Dorothy J. Taylor, aged 81, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, February 24, 2010.  She was preceded in death by her husband Vestal; brothers, Walter and Richard Lindner.  She is survived by her sons, Paul Taylor and Sharon Stone, David and Lisa Taylor; grandchildren, David and Michelle; sisters, Betty Foss, and Delores Lindner of CA.  Dorothy was a registered nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital and was the Supervisor of Nurses at M. J. Clark Home.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday 11:00 am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church with Monsignor Ernest P. Schneider officiating.   The family will be at the Zaagman Memorial Chapel to greet friends and relatives Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:30 pm.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Association.
