Obituaries

Mrs. Jeanette (Warners) Wierenga, age 92, of Grand Rapids, went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, June 6, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 2011. She is survived by her dear son Robert and daughter in law Judith Wierenga of Spring Lake; her four beloved grandsons and their wives, Michael and Jayne, Scott and Rebekah, Steven and Amber, and Mark and Sara Wierenga; and nine very precious great grandchildren. The funeral service will take place at the Raybrook Manor Chapel (2121 Raybrook SE) at 10:30 am on Saturday, June 9, 2012 with visitation Friday 7:00 to 8:00 pm at the Zaaman Memorial Chapel (2800 Burton St. SE) and Saturday from 10:00 to 10:30 at Raybrook prior to the service. The Rev. Ecko De Vries will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to a Christian School of one’s choice or Holland Home Resident Assistance Fund.
